Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love every Zayra Rose product. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy.

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Return an Item

Email us at hello@zayrarose.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
We'll respond within 1–2 working days with return instructions
Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

Opened pacifiers and teething products
Personalised or custom items

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
