At Zayra Rose, your satisfaction is our priority. We want every product to arrive safely and bring joy to you and your little one.

Returns Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: nursing pillows, maternity pillows, leg pillows, and pacifier cleaning brushes.

How to Request a Return Email us at hello@zayrarose.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping cost.
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different colour or size where available. Please contact us at hello@zayrarose.com to arrange.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@zayrarose.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it promptly — no return needed in most cases.

UK Shipping

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 working days
  • Express delivery: 1–2 working days
  • Free standard shipping on orders over £50

International Orders For EU and international orders, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
