SHIPPING POLICY — ZAYRA ROSE

At Zayra Rose, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery — 3–5 working days
  • Express Delivery (Evri Next Day) — Next working day when ordered before 2pm
  • Free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50

EU Shipping We ship to all 27 EU countries. Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days via Standard International shipping. Import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival and are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping We ship to Australia, Canada, USA, UAE, Switzerland, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, and Singapore. Delivery typically takes 7–14 working days. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Delays While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, courier issues, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.

Missing or Lost Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@zayrarose.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Zayra Rose cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
